Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address unless you voluntarily provide it via the contact form.
Subscription information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, but we never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details.
Session data: If you choose to save a simulator session, the spin history, analysis settings, and signal data are stored in your account. This data is only accessible to you.
Contact messages: If you submit a support message, we store your email and message content to respond to your inquiry.
Usage data: We may collect anonymized usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the Platform. This data is not tied to individual accounts.
We use your information to: provide and maintain your account, process subscription payments through Stripe, save and restore your session data, respond to support requests, and improve the Platform.
Supabase: Our authentication system and database are hosted on Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security, encryption at rest, and regular security audits.
Stripe: All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and never pass through our servers.
Cloudflare: Our site is served through Cloudflare's CDN, which provides SSL/TLS encryption, DDoS protection, and performance optimization.
Vercel: Our site is hosted on Vercel's platform, which provides enterprise-grade hosting infrastructure.
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using 256-bit TLS (SSL). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text. Database access is protected by Row Level Security policies — each user can only access their own data.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Saved sessions are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Contact messages are retained for support purposes. If you cancel your subscription, your account and saved data remain accessible but subscription features are disabled.
You may: access your account data at any time through the Platform, delete saved sessions through the My Sessions panel, request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support, and export your session data via the CSV download feature.
We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication session management only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
