Paid memberships (Strategist) are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually — through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription link or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
All content, algorithms, analysis methods, design, and code on this Platform are the intellectual property of Golden Rule Roulette. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Rule Roulette shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any gambling activity informed by it. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
